Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions is an agreement between you, as a user of the event party bus and Games on the Bus Pty Ltd (ABN 90 606 323 602.). Furthermore, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Australian Law.


Through continued use of the website, the user or host hereby agrees to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. Games on the Bus reserves the right to review and publish new changes to this agreement. Please check this agreement periodically.


Use of the website Policy


Users must be over the age of 18 to agree to these terms and conditions and to use this website.


Games on the Bus accepts no liability and responsibility in the event or loss or damage to the user or associated software and hardware, through use of the website.


Games on the Bus does not guarantee the accuracy of information that is accessed through the website. Games on the Bus does not guarantee that all features and third-party links or hyperlinks are free from error, bugs or viruses.


If the user or host is negatively affected by any content on the website, the user should discontinue their use of the website.


If a parent or guardian wishes to permit a person under the age of 18, under his or her supervision, to use this website, the parent or guardian has the full legal responsibility for content accessed by the child.


Games on the Bus reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, if any person is found to be using the website in any unlawful or offensive manner.


Booking Policy


After a booking is requested a deposit of 50% is required to hold the date/time of your booking. The remaining balance is required five (5) business days prior to the event. The host will automatically receive a confirmation email.


A booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid and funds have been cleared.


Our time slots for parties are: Morning (10 to 12), Afternoon (2 to 4) and Evening after 5pm (depending on your location)


Changes on the start time will depend on the day schedule

Additional Charges Policy


For the 16 seater $10 per extra guest after 16.

For the 24 seater $10 per extra guest after 24.

Travel surcharges apply from $30 plus tolls (if any) to areas more than 25km from our base in Beverley Park 2217.

On Public holidays a 25% surcharge will apply to all Bookings.


Service Area Policy


Our service covers all Sydney region areas

Cancellations Policy


Cancellations of bookings must be advised in writing by email.


Booking cancellations within twenty one (21) days of your event are NON-REFUNDABLE & forfeited.


Booking cancellations before twenty one (21) days of your event will receive 50% of the amount paid.


Rescheduling Policy


Rescheduling of bookings must be advised in writing by email.


Rescheduling is subject to availability.


Changing buses is also considered rescheduling


If requested within twenty one (21) days, a $200 fee will be charged.


If requested before twenty one (21) days, a $100 fee will be charged.


Reschedule only valid for 3 months


Unforeseen Circumstances Policy


Games on the Bus reserves the right to alter, delay or cancel any booking where forced to by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather and traffic accidents. Games on the Bus accepts no responsibility for delays or costs associated with delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including, but not limited to, severe weather and traffic accidents. However, a full refund may be offered or another date and time can be arranged.


In the event of a major technical failure on the bus, a full refund may be offered or an alternative date and time can be arranged.


Media Rights Policy


Games on the Bus may take photos and videos during the event which may be used for the purposes of marketing or advertising, unless otherwise specified by the host via phone or email to Games on the Bus.


Guests and participants are also permitted to take photographs or videos inside and outside of the bus.


At the end of the event Games on the Bus may take a single group photograph outside, by the bus, which will be instantly printed and given to the host.


Liability and Indemnity Policy


Games on the Bus accepts no liability for injuries sustained to any guests through their participation or attendance in a Games on the Bus event. Games on the Bus accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property by either Games on the Bus staff or participants. All liability, in the event of injury, loss or damage lies with the host and their guests attending the Games on the Bus event.


In the event of loss or damage to Games on the Bus property, through wilful or careless action, Games on the Bus reserves the right to recover, from the host of the event, any repair or replacement costs of any equipment owned by Games on the Bus and its staff members.


Damages Policy


It is the responsibility of the host to ensure that all Games on the Bus equipment is not damaged or lost. Any damage to any equipment must be reported to staff immediately. Games on the Bus reserves the right to recover, from the host, any costs associated in the event of any loss or damage to any equipment in and on the bus and any equipment owned by Games on the Bus and staff members.


Age Ratings Policy


Games on the Bus will not allow participants to play games which are not age appropriate, based on the labelled classifications of each individual game. Any specific restriction requests must be made two (2) weeks before the event by contacting Games on the Bus. A wide range of multiplayer games are available. However, Games on the Bus does not offer any Single Player only games. Any requests for games must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event.


It is the responsibility of the parent or carer hosting the party to consider the games chosen to be played at the event are appropriate for the age group of those attending.


Age Restriction Policy


Games on the Bus is an indoor video games entertainment allowing children from 8 to 17 years old to participate.


Food and Drinks Policy


No food or drinks to be consumed on board the bus.


Health and Safety Policy


Games on the Bus is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy environment for participants at all times.

An information guide with working with children number, training etc., is available upon request.

It is the responsibility of the parent and or guardian of the host to communicate to Games on the Bus any and all medical conditions. In the interest of health and safety, Games on the Bus reserves the right to limit service to any participant that has any pre-existing medical condition/s (including, but not limited to, light-sensitive epilepsy, motion sickness and heart conditions).

To avoid any inconvenience we would like to advice that babies, toddlers and under 7 year old children are not allowed inside the bus for phycical and mental reasons.

Games on the Bus is an indoor video games entertainment allowing a limited number of children from 8 - 17 years old to participate. Parents can enter the bus only to take photos once the children are settled and when the game coach approves. During the event only children and game coaches are allowed to be inside the bus, due to the space needed to assist the players and for safety reasons.


The parent or carer of the host is responsible for the participants that want to leave the bus. Games on the Bus, therefore, accepts no liability or responsibility for any participants that leave the bus.

All participants are required to wear shoes at all times to avoid injury. It's the responsibility of the adult host to ensure that all participants are wearing shoes at all times during the event. Games on the Bus reserves the right to refuse service to participants that are not wearing shoes for safety reasons.

It is the responsibility of the parent or carer of the child host to ensure that all participants act in a presentable and polite manner. Offensive language, aggressive or threatening behaviour to our staff or other participants will not be tolerated. Games on the Bus reserved the right to refuse service to any participant who is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety and enjoyment of the other participants and staff. In the event of offensive language, aggressive or threatening behaviour, Games on the Bus reserves the right to end the session immediately; no refund will be given and Games on the Bus may charge the host for any additional costs incurred as a result.

Games on the Bus accepts no liability for problems arising from failure to abide or respond to the authority and instructions of Games on the Bus games coaches, team leaders and staff.


COVID-19


Games on the Bus is taking reasonable steps to provide a safe outdoor public gathering to prevent the spread of the virus when people enter our buses.


- Posters and signage are clear and visible.

- Hand sanitiser and masks are provided upon request.


The adult host is responsible for all the guests to follow the rules


Games on the Bus accepts no liability for problems arising from failure to abide or respond to the authority and instructions of NSW Government in relation to the business rules.


Schools-Vacation Care-Incursion


Games on the Bus follow the rules for schools from Department of Education in a safe way.


Drugs and Alcohol Policy


Games on the Bus has a strict NO SMOKING and NO DRUGS policy to ensure the health and safety of all participants. It is the responsibility of the host or parents/guardians to ensure that no drugs or alcohol are taken onto the bus at any time during the event. Games on the Bus reserves the right to refuse service to any participant that does not comply.


Parking Requirements Policy


The host is responsible for arranging a suitable parking and save the space for the bus. The parking space must be able to accommodate the bus with at least 2 metres of clearance in front and behind for parking.


The dimensions of Bus 1 are as follow: 8 metres in length, 3 metres in width and 3.5 metres in height. It needs 3 car spots.


The dimensions of Bus 2 are as follow: 12.5 metres in length, 3 metres in width and 3.5 metres in height. It needs 4/5 car spots.


The buses will also require a clearing on the left side of the bus for passengers to board safely.


The host is responsible in ensuring that the parking space has no restrictions (including weight, dimensions and time limitations). Games on the Bus, therefore, accepts no responsibility for any delays, penalties or damages that may occur as a result of parking.


It is the responsibility of the host to notify Games on the Bus if a suitable parking space cannot be arranged at least ten (10) days before the event. If a suitable parking space cannot be arranged, Games on the Bus may arrange for the event to be relocated to another area, such as a nearby parking space or public park. Games on the Bus accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur as a result of relocation on the day of the event.


Intellectual Property Policy


Intellectual property on the Games on the Bus website is subject to protection under international and national copyright laws. Users of the website are not permitted to interfere or breach any copyright laws or intellectual property rights regarding content and logos on the website. The ‘Games on the Bus’ logo and design is solely owned by Games on the Bus.


Unless expressly stated otherwise, users are not permitted to copy, publish or modify any content found on the Games on the Bus website without the copyright owner’s written permission. Content on the website is not permitted for any republishing or third-party use, including personal, education and commercial uses. All rights that are not expressly granted under these terms and conditions are reserved by Games on the Bus.
